His deep understanding of facial anatomy and body aesthetics allows him to place fat with micrometric precision, ensuring smooth, harmonious results that enhance your natural beauty rather than altering it artificially.

Fully personalized approach to volume restoration
Every fat grafting procedure at Beauté Plastic Surgery is customized to your specific anatomy and goals. Whether you seek facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement, or body contouring, Dr. Ramirez develops a detailed plan to:
Harvest fat from areas where you have excess
Purify and prepare the fat for transfer
Place it with meticulous care to ensure natural integration and symmetry
No two patients receive the same treatment—because no two bodies are alike.
State-of-the-Art techniques for fat harvesting and placement
Our clinic utilizes advanced technology for:
Low-pressure liposuction to preserve fat cell viability
Sterile, closed-system fat purification to avoid contamination
Microdroplet injection techniques for improved graft survival and natural feel
These methods not only enhance the long-term survival of transferred fat but also minimize recovery time and maximize aesthetic outcomes.
What is Fat Grafting and how does it work?
Fat grafting is a three-step process involving:
Harvesting: Liposuction is used to gently remove fat from donor sites (such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs).
Purification: The extracted fat is processed to remove blood, oils, and damaged cells.
Injection: The purified fat is meticulously injected into the target area, layer by layer, using fine cannulas for even distribution and smooth integration.
The result is natural volume restoration with the added benefit of body contouring at the donor site.
Common areas treated with Fat Grafting
Different areas of the body and face can benefit from this technique. Fat grafting is ideal for:
Facial Rejuvenation: Cheeks, temples, lips, under-eyes, jawline
Breast Enhancement: Modest volume increase, correction of asymmetry
Body Contouring: Hips, buttocks, thighs, filling irregularities
Hand Rejuvenation: Restoring youthful plumpness to aging hands
Key advantage: Fat adapts to your body’s tissue, maintaining a softer, more natural texture than synthetic alternatives.
Benefits of Fat Grafting over Synthetic Fillers
Not all volumizing techniques are created equal. Here’s why fat grafting often outperforms synthetic fillers:
| Fat Grafting | Synthetic Fillers |
|---|---|
| Uses your own tissue | Uses synthetic substances |
| Permanent (after initial absorption) | Temporary (requires maintenance) |
| Improves skin quality over time | No regenerative effect |
| Natural feel and integration | May feel artificial if overfilled |
In addition, fat transfer has zero risk of allergic reaction, and improves the skin’s vitality thanks to the regenerative properties of adipose-derived stem cells.

Recovery and results: What to expect?
After undergoing fat grafting at Beauté Plastic Surgery, your recovery will be carefully guided to ensure the best possible outcomes. Dr. Oscar Ramirez and his team provide personalized post-operative care instructions, empowering you to heal smoothly and enjoy your transformation confidently.
Immediate post-procedure care
In the first few days following your procedure, it’s normal to experience:
Mild swelling and bruising at both the donor and recipient sites
Tenderness or slight discomfort, easily managed with prescribed medications
Compression garments (if liposuction was involved) to reduce swelling and support healing
Dr. Ramirez typically recommends:
Limiting strenuous activities for at least two to three weeks
Avoiding direct pressure on grafted areas (especially important for facial fat grafting or buttocks enhancement)
Sleeping in a slightly elevated position to minimize swelling (if fat was transferred to the face)
You’ll also have scheduled follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, answer any concerns, and adjust recommendations if needed.

Is Fat Grafting right for you?
If you’re looking for a natural way to enhance your appearance without relying on synthetic implants, fat grafting might be the perfect solution. However, it’s essential to ensure you’re a good candidate to achieve safe and satisfying results.
Ideal candidates
- You may be an excellent candidate for fat grafting with Dr. Oscar Ramirez if you:
- Desire subtle, natural-looking enhancements to areas such as the face, breasts, buttocks, or hands
- Have enough available fat in donor areas like the abdomen, flanks, or thighs
- Are in good general health, with no conditions that impair healing
- Maintain a stable weight and are committed to a healthy lifestyle
- Do not smoke, or are willing to quit before and after surgery to ensure optimal fat survival
- Have realistic expectations about the procedure’s results, understanding that some fat reabsorption is normal
- During your consultation, Dr. Ramirez will perform a comprehensive evaluation to determine if fat grafting aligns with your aesthetic goals and health profile.
Alternative treatments to consider
- While fat grafting is highly effective for many patients, it may not be the best choice for everyone. Depending on your specific needs and anatomy, Dr. Ramirez may suggest alternative or complementary procedures, such as:
- Dermal fillers for patients seeking temporary, non-surgical facial volume restoration
- Breast implants if a significant volume increase is desired beyond what fat transfer alone can achieve
- Buttock implants for those who prefer more dramatic augmentation when donor fat is limited
- Body contouring procedures like liposuction or a tummy tuck to further refine your silhouette
- One of the key strengths of working with Dr. Ramirez is his commitment to honest guidance. If another method would better achieve your vision, he will clearly explain your options and recommend the best approach.
- Ultimately, the goal at Beauté Plastic Surgery is to deliver natural, beautiful results that align with your personal aspirations — whether through fat grafting or an alternative, equally tailored solution.
